1. Analyze the stats of the card (HP, Weakness, Resistance, Retreat cost).
With an HP of 90, a weakness of {F}*2, no resistance, and 2 retreat cost, this looks good for a basic.
2. Analyze the attacks (and/or Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies) of the card.
{C} for 10 and {C}{C}{C} for 30 snipe isn't that good, it's horrible.
3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
You can use it to snipe with Garchomp C, or any other snipers, to take out SP LV. X's, but you can't really call that a combo.
4. What techs can you use to combat the weak points?
You can use the Houndoom with fire counter attack, which does 80 for {D} if the enemy that has a Pokemon in play
5. How's the artwork?
6. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).
.5/5 It is not a good card at all, and a lot of basics are better

FIRST

1. Analyze the stats of the card (HP, Weakness, Resistance, Retreat cost).
Basic, 90 HP is awesome. Fighting weakness is bad, no resistance too, but the worst is the 2 retreat cost, although its not that bad as it needs 3 colorless to attack.
2. Analyze the attacks (and/or Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies) of the card.
Pretty bad...at least it can snipe, which may be somewhat useful to have a basic that snipes.
3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
Not many combos i can think about, just a decent card to evolve into lickylicky (Although i would prefer jungle one if unlimited)
4. What techs can you use to combat the weak points?
Houndoum or anything else that hits fighting pokemon. Dodrio UD is useful for the retreat cost too.
5. How's the artwork?
I just love the artwork, it makes lickytung look so cute and awesome xD I have reviewed this card just for the artwork :3
6. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).
2/5 At least its a basic with lot of hp, and attacks can be useful in some moments, but nothing that affects the game at all.
I would give it 1.5/5, but it deserves 0.5 just for the artwork xDD

1. Analyze the stats of the card
90 HP is AMAZING for a basic (not even Gastlys have that much!), and the rest is just Gypsy mumbo-jumbo that nobody cares about anyway. Some people might complain about the retreat, but anyone who's crazy enough to retreat this beast doesn't understand this game.
2. Analyze the attacks of the card.
10 for one is like heaven dipped in caramel on a stick. That's 10 damage for just doing what you're supposed to do in a turn. If you're at worlds and you slap down a lickitung T1 attach any kind of energy to it and start hitting for 10, your opponent will start crying. No doubt.
AND it can start hitting the BENCH just 2 turns later! Or even one if you're lucky enough to own a Double Colorless! If you start attacking the bench your opponent will be so confused and upset they will start VOMITING.
3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
Honestly, this card doesn't really need any cards to go with it. It's just perfect. If you want to you can tech in a Lickilicky or two for when it's low on HP (not that that'll happen any time soon).
4. What techs can you use to combat the weak points?
No weak points = no eliminating weak points
5. How's the artwork?
It's GORGEOUS. I actually had it blown up and framed and it is hanging on my wall right now. I also made a Lickitung T-shirt, tote bag, Laptop case, binder, and custom shoes.
6. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).

★★★★★★★★★★★★
12/5
Also, they're gold.
It is a card with no flaws.

1. Well, it has fighting weakness, but only noobs play Machamp. The no resistance wasn't supposed to be printed as such, I believe it has resistance to people playing card games. It has two stars in the corner, so it's a pretty rare card! 90 HP competes with SP pokemon. Because of these stats, I think that this'll be a great tank deck.
2. Aside from being a tank, it's also an easy donker. Beat, for a single energy, does 10 damage, no strings attatched. Cards like Kingdra always have a drawback for doing more than that. Why complicate things? Whip up an Ebelt and 4 pluspowers and you just did 70 damage T1 and you have a 110 basic pokemon up. Tounge whip is another great attack. When they retreat, attatch a DCE, and tounge whip them. Then theyy have 130 damage on them by T2, and I'm not even counting the 4 Flash Bites, 4 Poketurns, 4 SSUs, and 4 Pokeblower all heads. then you did 290 damage to them! Not only is tounge whip a great attack in Lickitung, but it also makes a great Luxchomp tech.
3. Again, it makes a great tech in Luxchomp, but Lickilicky can be teched just to have an inferior evolution in there, but IMO it's not needed. Again, no need to complicate things.
4. Since the attack cost for Tounge Whip is pretty big, whip on an egain and do 30 snipe for a DCE, but you don't even have to discard the NRG! For Donphan and Machamp, a nice tech is Azelf X, as it erases all weakness! If you were to ever need a side attacker, I think Wooper would be the best.
5. Amazing he looks like he's saying "I'm tier 1, don't mess with meh"
6. Lickitung TM gets a 5/5. Wooper GS makes it even better, as with Egain and Azelf, or even if you use it in a tech in Luxchomp. I highly reccomend trying out Lickiper, it's much better than any other deckk you've played.

[Lordy Jones' post]
HEY! I see you, troll!

1. Analyze the stats of the card (HP, Weakness, Resistance, Retreat cost).
As everyone else has said before, 90 HP on a basic is, simply put, pretty darn good. Unfortunately, Lickitung has several drawbacks, such as the {F}x2 weakness, and the two retreat cost. However, this shouldn't be a problem if you run the max amount of {C}{C}s and don't need them.

2. Analyze the attacks (and/or Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies) of the card.
Attaching one energy to do straight 10 damage is...Lackluster, at best, but not overall terrible on a turn one if you're limited in actions. The {C}{C}{C} cost to do a 30 snipe, however, is very situational, however, unless the metagame takes a serious nosedive in terms of speed, I can't imagine it being good. I have a feeling once the Platinum sets get rotated, and everything HG/SS onward is the new thing, this card may see some use.

3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
Unfortunately, I can't think of any cards currently released that would work with this card, sans Bubble Coat, Exploud, or anything that can help that shabby 30 damage snipe. Perhaps a tech with Gengar? Or as a Gyarados counter, maybe? Once the Tepig evolution comes out (Enbuou, I believe?), his Fire rain dance could help this possible tank. For now, I would leave this card aside as a collector's memento, or for bait for Lickitung lovers, such as myself, and Lordy Jones, apparently.

4. What techs can you use to combat the weak points?
As far as I can tell, Exploud to get rid of that nasty weakness, otherwise, I honestly can't see much. Maybe the new Fire Rain Dance, as mentioned above. Perhaps even the new Damage Swap to help with the tanking?

5. How's the artwork?
Personally, I quite like it, very cute and colorful, almost looks as if it came from a children's storybook, or a picture book. Someone with an artistic eye can probably examine this picture and pick out flaws, or maybe even give it more praise than I am now, but I can't see much reason for critique.

6. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).
Until the metagame slows down drastically, I would rate this a 2/5, simply for its potential tanking ability and artwork alone. Were the metagame a lot slower, I might reconsider.

Energy Gain to a Lickitung? You're bad. =P

1. Analyze the stats of the card (HP, Weakness, Resistance, Retreat cost)
90 HP for a basic is insane. That's on par (and even better) than most SP basics. It's weakness isn't that great, a DonChamp is popular now. It's resistance to nothing is a bummer, it should have had some kind of ghost immunity. )What type would that be? Psychic?) It's retreat isn't bad for a slow tank, but it isn't good, either.

2. Analyze the attacks (and/or Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies) of the card
Well, 10 for one is pretty average these days. Or 20 for two, 30 for three, etc. 30 snipe with no drawback is great, but it doesn't do enough damage to be used competitively.

3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
Combos? Well, an Absol Prime starter, with Metagross SV and Miasma Valley would make an extremely funny snipe deck.

4. What techs can you use to combat the weak points?
Dodrio UD could lower it's retreat cost, and Exploud SV to get rid of that weakness. (and BUBBLE COAT FTW!!!)

5. How's the artwork?
Ooh, the artwork on this card is amazing. The lighting is well done, and the artwork in general makes Lickitung look cute yet awesome. xD

6. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars)
★★
This card can't get past that. It's HP is great, the sniping ability is fun, but it's damage output and high retreat cost burden it enough to keep it out of competitive play.

Lickiper? Phht! I play Woopitung!
1. Analyze the stats of the card (HP, Weakness, Resistance, Retreat cost)
90 HP is good, retreat as expected.

2. Analyze the attacks (and/or Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies) of the card
The attacks are terrible. 30 for a snipe is a little too expensive, even with being all colorless. If it were 2 it'd be ok, and if it were 1 it could see use.

3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
The Absol Metagross idea above is the only thing I can thing of, even though it DOES hit the magic 110 when paired with Garchomp C.

4. What techs can you use to combat the weak points?
Dodrio and Exploud. An all colorless fun deck where you lose, but look good doi' it.

5. How's the artwork?
I really do like it. He looks cute and demented, and reminds me of when Gastly turns into a weasel in 'The Ghost of Maiden's Peak'; DINNER TIME.

6. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars)
1.5/5. High HP and though the attacks are overshadowed by so much theres no real reason to use it if you're not evolving into Lickilicky.

What's with a different card review every 2 days? Pidgeot was only up for like 8 hours i think. And why Lickitung?

1. Analyze the stats of the card (HP, Weakness, Resistance, Retreat cost).
90 hp is amazing for a basic, but x2 fighting weakness sucks. No resistance also sucks, as does the 2 retreat cost.
2. Analyze the attacks (and/or Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies) of the card.
First attack is bad, but the second is okay. Energy cost is steep though.
3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
Snipe Decks.
4. What techs can you use to combat the weak points?
Expert Belt and Weakness Guard.
5. How's the artwork?
4/5 Pretty Cool.
6. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).
2.5/5 Is a good card, but has a lot of problems.
