I was given the inspiration for this idea by the old Mega Ray decks that were supported by Bronzong and Aegislash-EX. But I think this deck is somewhat of an improvement. It uses Eelektrik from Noble Victories to accelerate Lightning energy as well as Eelektross from Primal Clash so we don’t always have to use that Keldeo-EX + Float Stone combo to get energy onto the Active. This deck also utilises Jolteon-EX (which can lead to auto wins against Turtonator) and the upcoming Xurkitree-GX to wall Special Energy decks. It will also be the GX attack of choice and Rumbling Wires is an excellent main attack to use while setting up Rayquazas. I threw Zekrom from Shining Legends in there because it is a pretty sweet single prize attacker and 1HKOs baby Volcanion and Garbodor, as well as 2HKOing everything.

Please note that Xurkitree is not out yet: I just filled it out manually. Please let me know what you guys think of this deck. I think the idea at least is pretty solid!
 
IMO, it seems like the deck is a bit convoluted, trying to make an an electric deck with rayquaza thrown in, or vice versa. Because with rayquaza, I try and get him out ASAP before the opponent sets up.
Energy is never really and issue with rayquaza, mega turbo i.e.

But don't forget ghetsis and maybe some field blowers btw

Its a Rayquaza deck first that utilises Lightning type attackers that are pretty low maintenance thanks to Eelektrik. But thanks for the suggestions: not sure how to fit Ghetsis in.
 
i think he was saying that it just seems like you tried to take 2 different decks and put them in the same list
 
So, a watered down version of Metal Ray from 2015? TBH, if you're going to play this, play it with the REAL Rayquaza-EX, and 2-3 Fire Energy. I feel like an old man for knowing what Metal Ray is.
