Hey prp - I would definitely suggest keeping a tally of how many cards Lillie gets you each time you play it. Just keep a tally for the next 20 or 25 cards and see how many cards you're actually drawing off of it with that Lunala / Solgaleo deck (BTW how's that working out for you? I have not tried that combo yet!).
In my experience, evolutions decks (except for FOGP aided Grass decks) tend to draw a lower yield of cards... but if it's getting you at least 3.5 to 4 cards on average then it's probably worth keeping in the mix. If it's getting you close to 5 (or more!) then IMO it's better than N or Birch.
But I'm definitely leaning towards agreeing with Otaku - Lillie probably isn't the best supporter to run in a deck filled with Stage 2 Pokemon.
