List of Final Stage Pokémon without an Ultra Rare or Double Rare (SV)

The criteria taken into account for this will be: Pokémon-ex Pokémon LV.X Pokémon LEGEND Pokémon Prime Pokémon-EX Mega Evolution Pokémon-EX Pokémon-GX Tag Team-GX Pokémon V Pokémon VMAX Pokémon ex

I did leave out Star Pokémon since I think they do differentiate a little bit from the rest and are more akin to Radiant, Prism, etc. (It would actually change nothing, all Star Pokémon have another form of Ultra Rare anyways).

This list also includes Megas and Gigantamax Forms as significative mechanics from their respective generations. This initial list would also not differentiate from different forms aside from regional forms since these will count as their own Pokémon and will have a place on their own in this list.

As for the rest of the forms I will still make a list at the end for the ones we're missing. The criteria for this list are several: A) The pokemon does have an Ultra Rare for another of its forms (Wormadam for example won't appear here since we don't have any UR for any of her forms) B) The amount of different forms is a reasonably small number, around 7 (So no Furfrou, Unown, Alcremie, etc.) C) The form isn't a simple color change, however if it has some change in mechanics gameplay wise it will count as a form (For example: No Hippowdon, but Squawkabilly does make the cut since its different forms change its gameplay. Additionally Jellicent does count since the gender difference isn't solely color wise. D) No non-combative forms (no Xerneas, Terapagos, Zygarde cell). E) Fusion-like tranformations (Basically SR or IR Calyrex means Calyrex, Spectrier and Glastrier solo mode all still are technically missing an UR). Now finally I must point out that still I know some of these forms have an extremely low chance of existing but didn't want to make any more "unfair cuts" based on even a more personal point of view.

Would you have a count of Ultra Rare/Double Rare per Pokemon?

Obviously there are some that we know get at least one every generation, but it'd be interesting to see if any less obvious Pokemon receives more attention than expected.

Sadly no, I just registered each Pokemons set and date of their first appearance as Ultra Rare

Still pending an official reveal but there is a Galvantula ex in Stellar Miracle

Wouldn't hisuian samurott v and vstar still count? It's technically the same pokemon in the dex, hisuian, galarian, etc doesn't have it's own dex count.

No, it's as I mentioned, regional forms will count as separate. Just personal preference and although HSamurott is one of the forms that arguably changed the least, still is a regional form. I just think if you're fan of one you absolutely aren't neccesarily fan of the other more so than any other type of form. For example, personally, I feel extremely different about Decidueye & Typhlosion and their respective regional forms

Yeah just waiting for official reveal, I will never take leaks into account, not everyone wants to know. But yeah just in general I'll wait for the official reveal of the card to update even if it's *confirmed* ones like Amoonguss or Ceruledge
