Peachmon are Peach (the nintendo character), fused with pokemon. I did that with Mario, and Light Manaphy did it with Yoshimon (credit to me for the idea).

I'm also making all the following-

Donkeymon, Roymon, Falcomon, Foxmon, Luigimon, Diddymon, Dixiemon, Bowsermon, Shroobmon, Toadmon, Mr. Game & Wtachmon, Meta Nitemonm Pitmon, and Sonicmon.
