So, I was like, "I need a new deck!" Then I was like, "I have no money!" Then, I saw Mew Jadester comment on some dude's Jumpluff about a slick trainer-lock version of Jumpluff, and I was like, I already have the cards for this! Nice! So yeah, the Strategy is to screw my opponent with the Lock from Vileplume, and hit hard with Jumpluff. It seems pretty basic and kinda synergy-less, but it works really well. If I am playing anything that doesn't also abuse Trainer lock, and I get out Vileplume T1-T2, I almost clinch the win. No joke. Try it if you don't believe me. But yeah, I basically just took MJ's list and added in some Warp Energy. CREATIVITY FTW!

If you can, I suggust taking out 2 Unown R & adding a 1-1 line of Luxray Gl Lv. X (if affordable).

^But Luxray can't be Poke Turned, making it a one-use only. IMO, not worth it in that case.

I think it could help if you took out the 2-2 sunflora for 4 spiritombs, then drop something else (belt?) for a skiploom.

- 4 Unown R
+ 1 Bebe's Search
+ 3 Rare Candy

I think you must play Vileplume only when needed, not always. And I don't like Unown R, ma it is a preference of mine.

The Expert Belt is just clutter if you are only going to run one
-1 Expert Belt
+1 Luxury Ball
If you have no problem with running Communications I don't see why you would run a Luxury Ball.
Also
-3 Pokemon Communication
+3 Engineers Adjustment
Engineers will be better for late game.

@VY:
I'll do the Expert Belt thing but the Engineer's is stupid since I only use 9 Energy, have only 1 way to get them back, and already run 10 Supporters.

Considering you'll be trainer-locked... Don't run trainers.

Lux Ball, Expert Belt, Rare Candy - All Dead cards once the Plume hits the table.

I would also suggest fitting in Spiritomb to get that lock early, and another Unown Q.

Well, I usually use the Trainers before I get out Plume, but I see your point. I kinda agree with the Lux Ball and E-Belt thing, but I find that Rare Candy is super good early game if I don't have a BTS, or Vileplume isn't out yet, etc. As for Unown Q, having a 1/10 chance of starting with a 30HP Poke is not appealing to me. Spiritomb I'll test. Thanks for the suggestions!

Without Unown Q the Spiritomb only makes it more difficult for you to get a Gengar out there. You NEED Unown Q to retreat Spiritomb and Vileplumes.
