Expanded Lockdown (Glaceon-GX/Vileplume)

Hello, All! With the upcoming release of Ultra Prism, we're getting a potential very strong 'Mon on Glaceon GX. The lists for standard are shaping up quite nicely, but I haven't noticed much for expanded. So, in the name of trying something different, I came up with a potential list.

Pokemon - 18
4x Eeve SUM
4x Glaceon GX
3x Tapu Lele GX
2x Oddish BUS
1x Gloom, Boundaries Crossed
2x Vileplume AOR
1x Keldeo EX
1x Espeon EX

Trainers - 32
2x Field Blower
2x Float Stone
4x Trainer's Mail
4x Ultra Ball
1x Rescue Stretcher
2x Rare Candy
1x Computer Search
4x Prof. Sycamore
2x N
2x Guzma
1x Brigette
1x Colress
2x Team Flare Grunt
1x Team Skull Grunt
3x Po Town

Energy - 10
6x Water
4x Double Colorless

Strategy
Ideally, you want to start with an Eevee, or get one out as soon as possible, then get a water energy on it to get a Glaceon GX. Try to get it active and slam down an ability lock, shutting down Tapu Lele and slowing their set up. The next goal is to get a Vileplume out once you're set up, ideally in turn 2, and then put item lock in place. If you can do this early enough, their set up comes to a draw, and you can chip away with Glaceon GX.

Techs
Keldeo EX is great for its Rush In ability, and can be a back up attacker. Add a float stone before the item lock, and it can negate Guzmas and Lysandres unless there is a OHKO.

Espeon EX and Po Town could be a good option against evolution decks when paired with Glaceon GX. Pile up the damage counters and devolve them.

You'll notice a lack of VS Seekers. With the item lock, I tried to stick to items that can be used early, or are more situational. I opted for beefier draw support lines to make up for it.

Finally, I added in some energy disruption in the grunts and head ringer. This buys time for Glaceon to do work. Head Ringer could be fun if you slap it onto an active main attacker, then slam down item lock. Their attack strategy is wonky now and it can't be removed easily.

So, what do you think? This is my first time posting a deck I thought up, so be gentle please!

Looks good except for one small thing: there is no Vileplume in this list and if you confused it for Gloom a 2-0-1 is definitely not adequate. Also you need 4 Trainers’ Mail in Vileplume and Head Ringer is a bad card now.

Crap, my bad. Fixed.

I cam remove head ringer. It was purely optional.

What is the rationale behind Trainer's Mail? To speed things up prior to item Lockdown? What do you recommend I remove for them?

I could see that in a true Stage 2 deck, but the only Stage 2 in this one is Vileplume, which I have as a limited line. The main attacker is Glaceon, which while it is a stage one, it has the potential to evolve first turn and get to attacking on turn 2.

The more I think about it, the more I really love this deck. It will obviously need testing but this is a really interesting concept and a solid meta call. I think the only thing that really needs to be changed is the specifics of the Vileplume line, like how thick it should be and how many Candy, but running tech Stage 2s is always messy like that.
