Ruling Lost Zone vs Discard Pile and other Platinum questions

Hi, with the Lost Zone mechanic less that 7 days away there is a lot of confusion how this works, some people now have it into there head that all cards that discard are now in effect going to be usless. I have a few questions about this I want clearing up if you all dont mind.

Q1. Say I use Felicity's Drawing or Lunatone's Poke-Power, does the discarded card(s) go into the Discard Pile or into the Lost Zone?

Q2. As I would imagine the Lost Zone is only activated if a card states place cards into the Lost Zone and not the Discard Pile, is this correct?

Q3. Can you have a mixture of Galactics Pokemon and say pre Platinum Pokemon (I.e Great Encounters)?

Q4. Will it be possible to have 4 Honchkrow (MT) and 4 Honchkrow G (PT)?

Q5. Can someone please email me a e-Book or a link of the new rulings?

Q1. It says they go in the discard pile on the card.
Q2. Correct
Q3. No. You can not, say, evolve Dialga MD into Dialga G Lv.X
Q4. Yes.
Q5. I don't know where it is.

A1: Cards only go to the Lost Zone when a card specifies they go there. Palkia G LV.X does that, Giratina (the IFDS one) does that, Giratina Lv.X does that. No other cards send cards to the Lost Zone.

A2: Yes. That immediately answers Q1 as well.

A3: Ofcourse, but keep in mind that the Galactics stuff doesn't evolve. You can easily mix and match, it's why people are so eager to stuff Dialga G Lv.X in their decks. But you cannot play, say, "Level Up my Palkia in Palkia G LVX", or "Evolve Murkrow into Honchkrow G". But they CAN fit in one deck

A4: Akin the Pokémon-Ex, the "G" (and later "E4" and "GL") part of the card is part of their name. Therefore, Honchkrow G is a different Pokémon from Honchkrow, and you can have 4 Honchkrow G with 4 Honchkrows in your deck.

A5: There isn't a direct link. These answers are pretty much taken from the main page as well as how the Japanese play it. Once the set is out (WHY CANT PEOPLE WAIT FOR THAT), there will be a list of rulings in the Compendium.
 
Lou got is correct for everything, I just wanted to make a point of saying that Dialga G Lv.X sends cards to the Lost Zone, as well as one of the Giratina from IFDS.

Just a technicallity nothing big.
 
I think Q3 has been slightly misunderstood, what I mean was would it be possible to have a list that consisted of

2-2 Darkrai
2-2 Weavile
3-3-1 Honchkrow Lv.X
4 Honchkrow G

and It states on cards and I think it is common sense that only Galactic basic Pokemon can Evolve/Level up into Galactic Pokemon.

You can use this list, but you can't level Darkrai G up to Darkrai lv.X.
The same is for Honchcrow G and Honchcrow Lv.X.
And evolve Sneasel into Weavel G.
 
Considering Darkrai G isn't in the set and not out as a promo yet, I don't think he has much to worry about there.
 
Along the lines of "...other Platinum questions" ...

The language on Team Galactic's Invention G-101 Energy Gain implies that a Pokémon SP can somehow become a normal Pokémon, is this correct? Specifically, this statement:
When the Pokémon this card is attached to is no longer a Pokémon SP, discard this card.

Can anyone point to something (attack, trainer, supporter, etc.) that does this?
