Updated to match my updates.
This deck is centered around diversity. I want to start with either Mew or Relicanth. If Mew, I use it like a Mewbox deck and See Off whatever I think I need based upon my opponents start. If I have Relicanth, then I start throwing all of my pokemon into the Lost Zone and Attack with Mew for Dimensional Sphere for something around 130, or just use Lucario. And in that case I still have the diversity to use Mew how I need.
I think the diversity will be the strength of the deck.

Thank you Snorlax, i've been changing this over and over

@ sasser, why would i run catccher, i'm using Vileplume.

Looks like a fun and interesting deck. Might I ask why pidgeot is in their and what set it's from? Does it have a whirlwind-like attack or something?

TR or CoL

both have these attacks

How does Leafeon work, exactly? Maybe, if you find she isn't useful enough, you can remove her for something more usefull...

The problem I found with mew decks is I had too much I wanted to get zoned and by the time I did my opponent was already set up too/was knocking my mews. If you can quickly set up then you are good to go.

I would really consider using rainbow energy if I were you. If your mew is getting knocked out, it's getting OHKO'd so the ten damage doesn't really make a difference. It gives you a lot of outs in godawful situations where you might need to use Sky Uppercut, Nasty Plot, Dazzling Pollen, etc. It won't hurt your consistency at all, as you can just -4 Psychic +4 Rainbow, and it still works with Interviewer's. If you're not down with 4, I really can't see a Mewbox working with less than 3.

Celebi Prime is a really interesting tech against anything besides ZPS and Reshiphlosion, but I've never tested it, so do with it what you will. However, Cincinno AND Lostcario seems a bit redundant, so it might be a good idea for a replacement.

Aipom UL gives you the autowin on time if you're up on prizes if you can sludge drag a Magnezone, Typhlo, Vileplume, Zekrom, etc. Anything that attacks and retreats for >1 energy can be completely locked by Sludge Drag + Tail Code.

So to sum it up: cuts I would consider (not necesarily a list of all the changes I think you should make, just some stuff to think about):

-1 Relicanth (2 works, especially since your odds are almost 100% of starting with Relicanth or Mew. If you start with Relicanth, dandy. If you start with Mew, it has free retreat so you can still Collector for Relicanth and go about your business.)
-1 Cincinno (Unless you're totally in love with it, I can see the spot being used more for something more valuable)
-4 Psychic (Only to add Rainbow)
-1/2 Mismagius/Leafeon/Cincinno (Again with the Cincinno, but all of these are in the deck solely for the purpose of heavy hitting, which is somewhat unnecessary. With Lucario, and 1 or 2 of these swinging from the LZ, you'll have plenty of damage potential.)

And additions (Again, just stuff to consider):
+1 Collector (Never a bad idea to max Collectors. No need for explanation really)
+1 Aipom UL
+1 Celebi Prime (Never thought I'd see the day)
+4 Rainbow
+1/2 Elm's (This really helps you getting out stuff to LZ for Relicanth to use once you're under Trainer Lock)

(I don't think those add up right hahaha; I didn't check)

The list looks good though! Those are all ideas, so take them with a grain of salt, but I'd love to play sometime. Hope that helped.

Thank you so much Megatron, you advice really helps. I have been thinking of lots of different ideas that Rainbow Energy can help with. I have a bit more confidence in this deck now too.

What do you think of a Magnezone LZ tech? I figure since Mew get KO'ed easily, i can use Lost Burn if needed to get rid of the Energies on that Mew as a last ditch effort if I know i will be KO'ed the next turn. And since there really isnt any way of getting back special energies, i might as well lost burn them

Awesome! I always feel awkward giving people decklist advice because whenever I personally build a deck, I tend to have trouble "killing my babies" so to speak and never really know if others feel the same way. Regardless, you're welcome.

I'm glad you like the Rainbows. I'd argue it's a staple in any Mew build. And you have every reason to have confidence in the deck! It has a very short list of bad matchups and a near auto-win against Gothitelle, which is arguably the BDIF or going to be.

Anyway! Here are my thoughts on Magnezone:

+It can make for a half decent backup attacker if you know a Mew will get KO'd next turn.
+It provides draw power

-If a Mew is going to get KO'd next turn, it's because it's active, not because its low on health. Anyone who's going to attack your Mew is going to OHKO.
-Most of the "bigger" threats you'd be using Magnezone to KO can be dealt with by other means in your deck. Typhlosion, opposing Magnezones, and some others are crippled by Aipom UL, and Lucario will be swinging for upwards of 120-150 without any need to LZ precious energy
-The draw power sounds good, but with trainer-lock, your hand size will rarely fall below six.

But! Again, this to be taken with a grain of salt, and no idea can be truly evaluated until it has been tested. Good luck!
