First attack with Mime.Jr then use Omastars power and attack with Gengar prime.

I would think it is for if he has to attack with omastar and y do u have 3-2-3 of gengar i say u should have 4-2-3. also take out 1 comunication and

I realize that but that slot would be better suited for something else. If Omastar is your best choice on a turn, you're better off playing something (instead of attaching a water energy) that would help you set up for your next turn, not using a pointless attack. Also, the odds of him being your only option and actually having the water energy in your hand aren't very good, but that's irrelevant.

But having Omastar in your deck is something I'm seeing a lot of people do. I just don't like the water energy.

Not only does omistar work well with the deck, and is searchable late game with twins, but having a fossil is nice for the mirror match because you can pick it up instead of a pokemon when you get seekered. With that said, I agree with ErradicaSean, you don't need the water energy. And 1-0-1 line might be enough.

I'd add a Twins and take out a LW (isn't 4 a bit much? I thought 3 was standard). 2 Helix Fossil is good because if the 1 you have's in your prizes, there's no way to get it out.

I can understand where you're coming from with playing 4, but trust me, it's overkill. I play 3 and I have NEVER seen all 3 in my prizes. You can search it out with twins when you need it if it's not already in your hand. 4 is unnecessary and just filling a slot that's better suited for something else to help you reach your win condition.
