Ok my deck is all about locking and then lost zoneing then using lost world to declare win! heres my list

2-2 palkia g lv x pl
2-1 dialga g lv x pl
2-2 honchkrow sv
3-2-1 gengar prime tr
2 uxie
1 azelf
1 spirtomb tr
2 spritomb ar

23 pokemon

2 lost world
3 pokemon comunication
2 pokemon collector
3 seeker
1 interviewers questions
2 junk arm
3 bebe's search
2 PONT
1 luxary ball
2 warp point
2 twins
3 POV

27 trainer/supporter/stadium

7 psychic
2 special metal
1 rainbow

10 energy's

idea of deck:
start with spritomb and set up dialga, honchkrow and palkia. when spritomb knocked out use dialga's deafen to prevent trainers and constanly use palkia and honchkrows poke-powers to get 6 pokemon in lost zone. play lost world and declare win.

Concerns:
do i need gengar?
should i take out dialga and use gengar?
should i take out spritomb ar for a diffrent starter? is so who?
Should i consider electivire fb lvx for engergy return?

flygon lv.x will destory this deck spritomb for pichu only if you feel like it!! i would put in 2 of both halves of darkri and cressilia

why will flygon destory the deck?(not famliar with that deck)
What is darkrai and cressilia needed for?

Take out 1 Junk Arm and 1 Interviwer's Questions to put 2 Mesprit LA.

You need more Gengar Prime. Gengar Prime is the best and fastest option of Lost-zoning pokemon. Also, on your other issues:
*Dialga Lv.X is a great locking card in this deck, so don't take it out
*Smeargle is a better starter for this deck beause you don't have enough evolutions to make Spiritomb AR worthwile. Also, you should have 3-4 of the pokemon you want to start with. That way it will come out more often in your first hand.
*Electivire FB is a BAD IDEA in my opinion. It has a 3-energy retreat cost, so starting with it would be awful. Also, Gengar prime shouldn't have more than 2 energy on it at a time; so losing energy will not be a problem in this deck.

I honestly like everything about your list. But I think a few changes could help recovery and set up. Here is what I would consider

-3 POV
-1 Seeker
-3 Pokemon Communication
-2 Spiritomb AR

+2 Twins
+3 Pokemon Rescue
+1 Gengar Prime
+1 Unown Q
+2 Smeargle UD

Call me crazy, but Twins is your best friend. You might also want to consider fitting in a Warp Energy in place of 1 Warp Point. Maybe thats just my preference, but Warp Energy has helped me so much in games its a staple for myself. Best of luck!

what does unown q do?
and thanks!!!
should i add any rescue energy? if so who should i take out?

Just a small side note: you don't mention if you are or not, but make sure you run the Gastly SF. It trainer locks for a turn for no energy.

BTW if you didn't look it up, Flygon Lv. X does 150 to a targeted Pokemon Lv. X, so even benched ones.

Its likely that Flygon Lv X wont be making a huge wave at states or Reg's because Lv X's are becomming more few and further between. But, Almost every single deck that runs Gengar will run Gengar Lv X to counter a Flygon Lv X (saw one at last years states) or DGX (will see this in A LOT of good decks). Of course, if you see Dialga, or Flygon, wait until they lvl up until you drop Gengar X and get rid of them.

Unown Q lets you retreat for one Colorless Energy less, helping out Spiritomb (or any other less desirable Pokemon) retreat for free or one less.

dmaster out.

I think you mabye shoud take in more Spiritomb AR if that is your starter in this deck. 4 Spiritombs will get you better chance to start with Spiritomb. ;)

Here's my thought:
1 or 2 more Gengar Prime and fill the last spot with a Gengar Lv.X.
Gengar Lv.X is very useful against people who run Lv.X's in their deck.
Use level down to get ris of the level X and use Gengar Prime's Hurl into Darkness to get rid of that Lv.X.
Also, I'd put in a Unknown Q just to be on the safe side.

Level Down shuffles the LV.X into the deck. But I agree with all of your points.
