Yes, both are new. The binder ist factory sealed and the playmat is still in the plastic.
Well, as you didn't list any Ex/Star/etc I'd like to know which stars you have and how much you value them. LMK

edit: i have all prime

The binder is more like $31/$32 right now (because of the bad exchange rate) + the binder is quite heave so it'll cost about $10 to ship it and I'm going to split that cost, too.
I value the playmat at about $35.

The only thing I need is the Treecko Star but I can get it for much less here in Germany, so I guess I'm going to pass for now. Thanks anyways.
