Pokemon Lucario or mew? Who would win?

Come on, this isn't even Competive question, Mew for Sure.

1) It can Learn every Move (Not thanks to Transform though)
2) It's Not like c-m Choose a Random Pokémon to be his/her Favorite's
 
I would say mew because he can learn every TN or HM in the GBA games.:)

(I'm a him, BTW, yes, I know that my nick's cute-mew, Yes, I'm crazy, stop annoying me with that, I'm crazy, YES!, now shut up about it, ..., YES, I KNOW I'M CRAZY!)

Anyhow, obviously mew would win, it can learn a whole bunch of attacks in the GBA games, and can transform into any Pokémon at will in the anime.
 
The fact that mew can learn any tm/hm (NOT any move) doesn't really mean much if we are talking about mew VS Lucario. That would only make a difference if we were talking about who the better pokemon was. Why, it could turn out like this:

Lucario: Ok, bring it!

Mew: Oh fiddlesticks.

Lucario: What?

Mew: My trainer didn't give me a fire attack...

Lucario: Haha, you are so screwed. I have shadow ball.

Mew: Ummm... err... look out! A giant turtle!

Lucario: Wha...?

*Mew runs*

It all depends on the movesets, so don't judge Lucario to quickly people, Lucario is a very powerful pokemon.
 
^I know, but everyone was using the "learns every tm" reason to say mew would beat Lucario, which is also gaming. I only said the stuff before to defend Lucario in the gaming sense.

Anime wise, mew would win. I don't really need to say why, do I?
 
Anime: Who knows. Anything can happen in the anime.
Pokemon TCG: Depends. Mew has better chances since Lucario is weak against Psychic.
Games: Mew for sure.
