Pokemon Lucario or mew? Who would win?

If lucario was lv 100 and mew lv 1, then lucario for sure, but Mew is way more pwnful than lucario.

Mew, since Lucario's defenses are **** and he won't survive anything Mew throws at him.

Lucario is part Steel, he is not weak to Psychic.

Shadow Ball is Special; Lucario has nice Sp.Atk to run it on too. But Mew is faster than Lucario and has no reason not to OHKO him with Fire Blast. gg Lucario

If Mew doesn't have a Fire attack... I still say Mew. Any good hit that's at least normally effective (like Thunderbolt) will still Stolen Lucario due to base stat 70 in each defense.

Lucario's still a beast in his own right, his attack stats are both above average and has decent speed. He's completely outclassed by Mew though. =D

In the anime: Mew for SURE. If push comes to shove, he can just transform into Lucario.

The fact that mew can learn any tm/hm (NOT any move) doesn't really mean much if we are talking about mew VS Lucario.

i know mew would win because he is the most powerful pokemon ever to exist.(and mew is my absolute favorite pokemon!)but i think lucario would put up one hell of a fight!
