Well...that isn't fully what I meant...it has a capability of having a 31 IV. :D If it does...I will trade you a clone right back as it deserves to be in your thread, and mine. :)

I don't understand IV's. I notice that you are expert competetive battler as it says in your user caption. Don't worry. You keep it. I have so many more of the same one. I clone on emerald. :)

Do you happen to have a few Shadow Ball TM's lying around? If not I can get them from cloning with Echosong.:)

You can get it other ways.
1. Get it from the GTS (by
getting it in your pokedex)
2. Migrate it from the Kanto
series games.
There's some ways. The one I
got was a hacked one from the GTS.
I need to get rid of it. :D

I don't really have it now. But the deals a deal. :D
