A 40HP boost isn't enough for players to consider wasting deck space for this line in a Mamo/Pidgeot build. Rare Candy is too finite a resource.

Grand Tree/TM Evo sidesteps this issue, but Mamoswine still wouldn't want it. 340 HP is big enough, and you'd rather have an energy accelerant and/or a draw engine as backline.

You probably can bring exactly 1-1-1 line in a Mamoswine/Quaquaval build though, but it's more funny than strong.

i doubt that the translation of ludicolo's ability will be 'vital samba' here at west...ludicolo already contains a stereotypical representation of mexicans, but samba is a brazilian musical style.

Maybe a Tree deck can run it. Other than that this seems like it wont be played much.
