Strategy:
The Strategy for this deck is to power up Lugia and use it as the game winning attacker but if not you have 3 different legendary pokemon with crazy power thank all can use double colorless including Lugia. The fact that you have water, fire, electric, and psychic pokemon in your deck that means that you have the upper hand to more than likely have a pokemon that is the weakness to your opponents active pokemon and with the easy ways of switching by using escape rope, float stone and Skyarrow bridge it is easy to bring out just the right element to counteract your opponent.

I did something similar like this before, I am not asking you to follow it 100%, feel free to tweak it, but I am just going to explain to you my train of thought about the deck. Hopefully you can apply some of it to your own variant you have.

First off, you need Thunderos EX, atleast 2 ( just incase 1 is in Prize ) as a way to help to charge your bench/energy acceleration and recover special energy (Plasma and others) when people Hammer it away.

Second, by using Escape Rope, you force you opponent to take out something and hopefully you can send his weakness out.

Third, Deoxys EX is needed to hit those magic numbers ( but yea you can use Virbank + Hypnotoxic Laser also if you want ). Deoxys EX is just better cause example in a situation of your Zapdos EX versus enemy's Lugia EX/ Yveltal EX, you can normal attach energy, colress machine 1 Plasma, attach muscle band, and with 4 Deoxys on your bench you hit for 180 dmg.

However with just tweaking your list abit, I think you can try something like this ( I remove 1 Zapdos EX cause Thunderos EX can also be your lightning attacker )

Colored ones are the one I changed :)
