The Strategy for this deck is to power up Lugia and use it as the game winning attacker but if not you have 3 different legendary pokemon with crazy power thank all can use double colorless including Lugia. The fact that you have water, fire, electric, and psychic pokemon in your deck that means that you have the upper hand to more than likely have a pokemon that is the weakness to your opponents active pokemon and with the easy ways of switching by using escape rope, float stone and Skyarrow bridge it is easy to bring out just the right element to counteract your opponent.
