Strategy
Get Victini out first turn along with a lugia on the bench attach a fire energy and get some energy on to lugia keep using colress machines to get plasma energy onto lugia when all energy are used up use articuno's attacks Any and all suggestions welcome this is for Mississippi states in two weeks
 
Just want to make you aware that if you use HTL, you won't be able to take an extra prize with Lugia.

-3 Cheren; I've never really like this card as a Supporter
-1 Super Rod; Just one and 2 Energy Retrievals should be plenty.
-4 DCE; You really don't need Double Colorless in this deck; Victini is your Double Colorless. I would go with more Basic energies.

+1 Victini; to increase your odds of starting with it.
+4 Juniper; Best Supporter in the format right now.
+1 N
+1 Skyla
+1 Energy Search; This is crucial for your turn one Turbo Energizer. You have a really low chance of getting a Fire Energy in, but with a single copy of Energy Search, your odds more than double because you're running Skyla.
