You. Have. No. Idea. How long it took me to find out how to animate three pictures together. And still, I couldn't make them fade! :X
I hope this is good enough, as I just stated, I can't find out how to make them all fade into another. Hopefully this still fits the 'animated' you were asking for.
I tried to keep the avatar as close to the banner as I could, hence the same colors, and somewhat, design. Enjoy! =D
Edit: AAAGH! I just noticed those little bumps between the pics! xD I'll try to fix it, but you can still use this one if you want. *sigh*
Edit2: Okay I found out every once in a while the avatar will slightly lag causing a "bump" in the picture changes, but you can't get rid of that manually. Hopefully it works for you!

Sorry that it's quality is sort of bad, the "proffesional" scans haven't been put up yet. Therefore the quality won't be "professional". ;D
You might notice the Shaymin Flowers in the bottom-left corner, that is my watermark. If you keep it there you don't have to give credit, if you don't then you should. Just let me know if you don't want it there. =]

I'll take this one on. TofU, I will PM you to discuss your banners more. The banners using Xous' art are still on hold because Xous needs to know I will be using them and I will need permission. :]

I am promoting SotS to Assistant Manager considering C88 has been absent on this thread completely and well, has his own up and running. I finished Dialga Master's banner and I hope he likes it. I couldn't make the text red as shown in your request post but overall I think you will be quite pleased. I got permission from Xous so your banner is great with his artwork. :3

Thanks Luigi for the promotion. =D Just curious though, how do your round the corners on your banners? I love the look of them, but I can't make anything but square. xP

Ya umm...You do know of my computer issues right? I was finally able to get long enough access to post here. I had priorities. So why can't we both be Assistant Manager? Seeing as Sots is already promoted, and I got privilege lose un-fairly.
Can I get a request list? So I can start working on something.

I could use the help though so here is a request that I will need someone else to take and two Assistant Managers helping me run the place would be helpful. @ SotS: It's an effect in GIMP. You go to the tab Filter > Decor > Round Corners but you cannot do it once you have added your text or any other additional layers I believe. Not positive but that's how it worked for me if I recall correctly. :3
EDIT: Finished Diablo's banner request. I hope he likes it. The text is a little odd but the banner together is pretty cool. Diablo, tell me what you think of it.
