LUIGI'S MANSION! NEED HELP!

Actually, you have to turn the lights back on, so the ghosts can't run rampant throughout the mansion.
How do you do that, you ask?
Well, when you enter the foyer (the place where you first start out), there is that door on the north wall with the hearts on it. Remember that? It's the door leading into that big hallway area on the first floor. Anyways, enter into that door, and take a sharp turn to your right. Run all the way down that hall until you encounter a door and are not able to go any further to the right. Enter that door, and go down the stairs that you'll see to the Basement floor. The door on the north wall is your destination. This is the Breaker Room, where you can flip the breaker switch and turn the lights back on.
... Sadly, though, that door is locked. So you must find the key. Head back to the foyer. When you're there, head up the stairs to the second floor. Go through the double door on the north wall there (into the room of your first ghost "battle" inside the mansion). On the north wall in there, you will find another door, leading to a rectangular shaped room. Go through that door into this room. Once there, head left until you encounter a door on the left wall. Go through that door. You are at your destination now. At the mirror, there is the uncle ghost guy, who holds the key to the Breaker Room. If he does not appear at first, turn away from the mirror to get him to show himself. Anyways, suck him up like all the other ghosts, grab the key, and take it to the Breaker room. Flip the switch in there, and get back to your adventure.

...anyways, now I can't find out how to beat him...can you also help me on that?
well really the only thing left is to...
A. collect the rest of the items
B. Beat the secret mansion mode. (which is the same thing expect you have the vaccum from the beginning)
or just dont play for like 3 months then on a rainy day when your bored play the game again on file B.
