None of these images are working for me. I believe you need to rehost images made on the card generator site in order to share them elsewhere.

That's because these card-generator sites will host the card for perhaps 12 hours, and then delete it off their servers after that time is up. Hence why you need to host your images on a dedicated image host, such as imgur or Photobucket.
