I see ill try to work on that (also sometimes i look up cards that have similar wording to use that for the cardsHey, I see you've done many cards so far and I love how you're bringing back Delta Species Pokémon. I also have a couple of suggestions to improve your future faking:
- Try sticking to one consistent formatting that you like. Some batches of your cards (like Melmetal and Meltan) have very big fonts, while others (like your latest additions) have regular font. Doing so will increase the 'attractiveness' of your cards and will make your thread look more organized. Looking at the Create-a-Card contest formatting is a great first step. Right now, the thread looks like you log on and turbo something out of your mind onto a post. (Which there is nothing wrong with, but you just want to make it look like it doesn't happen like that).
- Find the proper effect wording and use it. Pokémon is a game that's been going on for years, surely there is some precedent for what you're looking for. For example, although I understood what you wanted Mew PS's Ability to do, it's not the most straightforward card. Perhaps an Ability copier hasn't been released yet, but the closest thing, an attack copier, has–Zoroark-GX's Trickster GX, for instance. You can look over similar effects and adapt them to your cards. Clear wording is one of the challenges of faking when it comes to introducing new effects into the game.
- Explain any mechanics introduced in the OP (original post). What's a Pokémon R (Maractus) or a Pokémon U (Toxink)?
- This one's more personal preference. Go nuts with your cards! While the cards you've come up with so far are actually pretty realistic (and there's nothing wrong with that), the beauty of faking is that the sky is the limit. Unless you're focusing on, well, pretty realistic cards, don't be afraid to go where no one's been before! Chances are TPCi isn't looking to introduce fan fakes into the game anyway.
