So my friend and I have made a Luxchomp deck together, but because he is going skiing this week (states week) I am going to play our Luxchomp. We are still only a year into this competetive play, so helpful advice will be appreciated. Don't be too harsh (like some)...
Here's the list:

Pokemon:19
2-2 Luxray GL lvX
2-2 Garchomp C lvX
1-1 Dialga G lvX
2-1 Uxie lvX
1 Brongzong G
1 Crobat G
1 Lucario GL
1 Dragonite FB
1 Ambipom G
1 Azelf

T/S/SD: 31
4 Cyrus's Conspiracy
2 SP radar
4 Poke'turn
3 E-gain
2 Power spray
3 collector
2 PONT
2 Bebe's search
1 pokemon communication
1 expert belt
1 Seeker
1 Judge
2 Junk arm
1 energy exchanger
1 twins
1 Aaron's collection

Energy: 10
2 Warp
4 DCE
1 metal
2 electric
1 psychic

The goal is to get out fast and take cheap prizes. [duh, its luxchomp]
Thanks, and please help!

Ok, I know next to NOTHING about luxchomp (other than it dominates lol)

But I notice you have ambipom G and dragonite FB. Aren't these both the same thing? from what I have read on these forums it seems both of these are GCX counters. So would it be stupid to suggest droping one of thoes?

^ Generally players tend to lean towards one or the other. I prefer Ambipom as its faster to set up (DC or Energy and a Gain) and wont get as easily revenge killed. Plus its always good to donk with it.

I would drop the Expert Belt, most of your guys are gonna use Energy Gains and you cant double tool plus Garchomp Snipes should be your main offense and Belt dosent help towards snipes. The Dragonite OR Ambipom. One Junk arm, I feel VS seeker would be a better choice here as it could add another Cyrus or another Seeker if your looking for Poketurn replacements.

You should add another Lightning Energy, a VS Seeker, and 1 Power Spray.

I think it's pretty good however, with all the VileGar and LostGar going around maybe drop a few trainers and stadiums but make sure you have things like conspiracy and turns but not so much that they can do like 180 damage ( x30 per T/S/S) It has happened to me, I was actually like 10- 12 trainers and literally I was donked every turn from head to tail until I got my gengar and luckily flipped head before my opponent took his last 2 prizes. You might also want some call and perhaps rescue energy for speed sniping ( Garchomp)

Dragonite FB is to help in mirror battles. Most experienced Luxchomp players play both Ambipom G and Dragonite FB. Expert belt lets Luxray OHKO Gyarados and lets Uxie X OHKO Machamp [if lucario is in play]. I really need some call energies and Weavile G. Who should I take out?

Sounds like you dont want to take anything out. I would drop Junk arm and the Twins for they Weavile G and a Dark. Dont think you need it though....

This is my current Luxchomp deck. Kinda the standard. Got me in 7th place at States last year :)

1× Luxray GL LV.X
2× Luxray GL
2× Garchomp C LV.X
2× Garchomp C
1× Uxie LV.X
3× Uxie
1× Unown Q
1× Lucario GL
2× Crobat G
1× Bronzong G
1× Azelf
1× Toxicroak G
4× Cyrus's Conspiracy
3× Pokémon Collector
2× Bebe's Search
1× Palmer's Contribution
1× Professor Oak's New Theory
4× Poké Turn
3× Power Spray
3× Energy Gain
3× SP Radar
2× Pokémon Communication
1× Luxury Ball
1× Expert Belt
2× Snowpoint Temple
1× Galactic HQ
4× Lightning Energy
1× Psychic Energy
4× Double Colorless Energy
1× SP Energy
1× Warp Energy

Why are you using Metal Energy?

I use the metal energy for dialga so I can deafen Lostgar if I need to. I run azelf if I need a 1 line of tech in my prizes... Twins I have found to useful because of decks that are designed to beat mine. I'll think about replacing a junk arm with a vs seeker. Thank you for your comments and suggestions.

i would suggest:

-2 PONT
-1 judge
-1 junk arm
-1 e-belt
-1 communication

+2 spray
+1 SP radar
+1 promocroak
+2 call energy

with luxchomp you never want to shuffle your hand back in because you will always have your resources in your hand. you only run 3 collector, so call is a must IMO. it can also be used relatively easy by your pokemon anyway. promocroak for obvious reasons. and pokemon communication is the same as SP radar except you have to show your opponent the card, so add a radar. and you only have 2 spray in luxchomp? you want at least 3, but 4 is best. i hope this helps.

Thanks, Armaldo, but I think I am going to keep at least one PONT because I need something to get cards after Cyrus runs out. I love judge. I have found it too useful to drop. I'm currently trying to get a call energy, so I might take out an arm or a PONT for it. Promocroak is a counter for Luxray, but in a mirror match you'll be using Garchomp more and almost never Luxray, so that might be uneccessary, however, I will consider it. I need 1 more spray, but 3 SP radars are overkill and having 2 and a communication works better in more matchups when I need Uxies(X)/Azelfs. if I can't get the call energy than I will get Weavile G (this is why I want Weavile G: to serve as a call energy). I already said why E-belt is neccessary. Ok, so, if I can:
-1 PONT
-1 Junkarm
and:
+1 Power Spray
+1 Call/Weavile G
Thanks!!!!

It may be too late but I will try to make a suggestion anyways.

You should deff include the Power Spray but I would suggest trading out the Oak's New Theory for Looker's Investigation. For Lookers you are going to get only one less card at the max and more importantly you will have the ability to look at your opponent's hand and better predict what will happen. Hand refresh will save your life at times so deff keep the PONT or Lookers like you said.

If your gonna put the Weavile G in the your gonna need a Dark Energy.
