You're list looks nice.
Junk arm is a amazing card in all decks. It isn't needed.
-1 Honchkorw G
-1 Dark
+2 Junk Arm.
Premier Ball is a great card for getting X's and recoverying them, You only have basics so i would like to do:
-1 Luxury Ball ( You don't really need it)
Optional: -1 Sp radar or 1 Pokemon Commu
+1 or 2 Premier Ball
Maybe add another lightning NRG.
 
I will see how it does with junk arm, because honchkrow helps so much is gyarados matchup, because he will be getting 2 power sprays, wich its VERY useful in that match. Thanks for the posistive comment.
