LV 50 Wi-fi battles?

Sometimes they will, if one or both of the people in question can't get their parties to LV100, but this usually isn't common.
However, for people who play VGC, they'll use the standard VGC meta (flat Double Battle), which does use LV50.
But as far as standard OU goes, it is most commonly LV100s that are used.

VGC and Random Matchup is auto-level down to 50. But OU and the like are normally Level 100.
