Scrolling through the whole thread, I'd have to say the best works here are the banners and some of the smaller sprites, like the so-called "Easter sprites". However, why do you call them that if the colors you're using are cyan and periwinkle?
As for the pixel-overs...I know they're supposed to look pixelated, but some of them, e.g. this one, almost look strange to the point of bad quality. (Like, why is the outline yellow anyway? Or for this one, what's with all the smudges?) Edit: And why does snowy Jalorda looks like it just drank 6 cups of coffee?
Of course, the work steadily improves as time goes on, and I can see that it does get better. I have but two quick questions to finish with:
1) For the larger images, is it possible you could compress them into links so that they don't take up so much of the page? Or do you post the tags like that on purpose?
2) Would you have any problem with other people using the sprites/banners in their own profiles - provided, of course, that you are given credit?

Not really a fan of sprites so I'll refrain commenting on those and move on to the next thing.
I must say, the avatars and sigs both stand out quite well and don't stand out very well at all. I think they have a somewhat interesting background, yet at the same time it isn't very eyecatching. ...I'm not exactly sure how to describe them except they're both exciting and boring (somehow...).

^It's Tobi & Deidara (yes, their from Naruto~Shippuden)....Tobi has a mask (hiding he's REAL face (which is Madara Link (I know that it's a plushie...but it's all I could find)
I'm working on shading & texture...but I can't realy do it as I'm still learning how to do it on Gimp.

I really like the Milotics you did. The Naruto recolor looks as if it could use more detail, maybe a little blending?
