• When creating a thread in the Deck Garage, make sure that you post one deck per thread, you use the correct prefix, you have the set name/card number next to each card, you give a strategy for non-metagame decks, and give translations for all cards not available in English.

    When posting in a thread, be sure to explain all your suggestions thoroughly. Additionally, do not ask for advice in another member's thread.

I really like VVV but it is a little slow. I have found this deck a little quicker.

The strategy is to paralyze and poison with lilligant and use vileplume for trainer lock. Basculin is for Reshi and anything else weak to water.
 
You might want to add a couple starters like Cleffa, and a secondary attacker like Tornadus, but it seems pretty good otherwise.
 
The problem I have with this deck is that you have no way to get ahead on prizes, every time something dies from lilligant they can just easily one shot you back
