Lycanroc and Spike Energy from “Battle Partners” Revealed!

Attach place 20 would be insanely broken
Would it though? Spike energy isn’t incredibly potent and they’re gonna be stuck on the lycanroc, who isn’t particularly powerful, until it dies if you manage to discard them in the first place. Starmie has a similar ability to the one suggested and sees basically no play.

I think I’m gonna mess with this guy in expanded with focus stash :p

This seems decent if you just look at it as a single prize pokemon that can attack for esentially 1 manual energy attachment, the spike energies feel like an added bonus to stop your opponent from attacking back with a chipped pokemon. Could be decent for spread decks in the future.

Star ur is played sparingly because it’s 2 cards and requires 2 turns to set up, this energy would be one card that you can drop on any turn, and it would give energy. Think about all the decks playing damage mods, like hawlucha
