Strategy:

Wanting to start with Xerneas and basics to fill the bench with energy need 6 to OTKO 180 HP Ex. This is my 1st stab at a Mega G Deck so I dont know well it will work

This is still truly an awesome deck. There are only a few ways to effectively counter this deck, but if you manage to Geomancy 2 turns, you should be able to win most games from that point.

Very nice list. Following are some suggested deck changes for improvement, IMO:

-4 Max Elixir - these are really not critical given your commitment to Xerneas as your chosen starter

+1 Level Ball - "extra" insurance to help get your Spritzee and Aromatisse into play quickly
+1 Professor's Letter - to help search and get Basic energy
+1 Teammates - helpful since your 1st/2nd Xerneas may need to be KOd in order to get energy into play
+1 Y energy - 1-2 extra can be quite helpful

Other considerations:

Super Rod - to recover and recycle discarded resources
Bridgette - Supporter to be used to setup your bench should you become Item-locked
Yveltal EX - alternate type attacker
Sceptile EX - alternate type attacker
Seismitoad EX - alternate type attacker, plus disruptive with its Item-locking attack
Rainbow energy - can supply necessary energy requirement(s) for alternate attacker(s) and can be moved around too by Aromatisse

I hope you find these comments helpful.

Any reason you aren't running spirit links? I would think that they would be useful to ensure you get energy on the board while also being able to evolve Gardevoir EX.

I just thought of something. The promo Regirock with omega Barrier, you can use a Korrina to grab him and a exp share. Play like 2 of them like that and with the help of aromatisse you can move energy off. So when M Gardevoir gets KO´d then your energy is saved and you can still use it with Aromatisse.

This deck could be used with Giratina EX. This way you can lock in your Fairy Garden while disrupting your opponent. Not to mention, Double Dragon Energy is technically Fairy, so you can Fairy Transfer to a benched Giratina and Max Potion. I played Yveltal/Zoroark/Maxie's Gallade and lost to Giratina/M Gardevoir.
P.S. I suggest getting the Generations Radiant Collection Gardevoirs if you want your deck to look awesome (btw I pulled one myself yesterday; the pull rates in those Mew boxes are so insane that it's actually bad if you don't get an ultra rare lol)

Mega Turbo and Max Elixir seem excessive; I'd suggest replacing the 2 Max Elixir ("uncertain" to draw energy vs. Mega Turbo which is "certain" with energy in your discard pile) with +1 Ultra Ball and +1 Xerneas.
