hello im looking for some advice on my fairy deck. its still running a bit slow and im looking for any assistance on speeding it up.

It could be that you are trying to do a bit too much, or overextending your resources.

Consider dropping the Red Cards (and possibly Deliquent as well). I would increase your count of VS Seeker, Ultra Ball, Sycamore, Fairy Garden, & Max Elixir. You can focus your healing more on Max Potion, and clean up unnecessary space like the second AZ & Healing Scarf. I would convert those Prof Letters into the Max Elixirs. Energy in your hand really doesn't do anything for you in this deck (beyond your turn attachment). Also consider some shuffle draw like Birch's observations.

Remember that speed isn't exactly your game with this deck. If you're trying to rush and be aggressive, you're going to burn unneeded resources. Geomancy until you have enough energy for Gardevoir's one shot, then move on to attacking.

Also, I would focus more on Gardevoir for most matchups, and keep Giratina as your backup for the other stuff.

I would like to maybe fit another energy, but don't have the time to find the spot right now. This can maybe at least contribute to what you're trying to do.
 
i can probably take out the shaymin givin it's hard to obtain maybe put an energy in place of it or any other ideas other than shaymin
 
that's unfortunate, as he also fits nicely with AZ, which is already in the deck for healing purposes as well

that said, if he's not an option for you, maybe up the Birch's Observations count to 3, consider 1 Judge (since you will be doing plenty of KOs with this deck, you can Judge on a turn you know you're knocking out an EX, bringing you back up to 6 cards in hand for the following turn), or the 12th energy (I'd do another fairy over DDE).
 
Thank you for the help after some advice My wife took second at our local tourney. i wish i could get 1 shaymin to make it better, What would be good to replace the 4th xerneas. I know shaymin would be ideal but its just not an option at the moment.

oh that would be good for a sideboard for when i play in expanded.

i put in Siesmatoad EX just outta curiosity since quaking punch takes 2 coloress. it pairs well with the Giratina EX. havent gotten it out should i add a second since its really in therefor a stall tactic

If you add a Toad this would be a hybrid with another variant of Giratina but this is a solid one as well so stick without a Seismitoad
