You don't have enough draw trainers, this will be a massive weakness.

Try
-2 pokemon centre lady
-2 tool retriever
-2 evo soda
-1 Startling Megaphone
+1 Prof birch obs.
+4 Prof Sycamore
+1 Lysandre
+1 VS seeker

This should bring a lot of consistency to your deck, which will help you get your strategy set up much quicker.

  • 1 Pokemon Center Lady
  • 3 sycamore
  • 2 shauna
  • 3 Professor Birch's Observations
  • 3 Fairy Garden
  • 1 xerosic (essentially a supporter version of e hammer and
  • 3 Gardevoir Spirit Link
  • 4 VS Seeker (these are your supporters)
  • 1 Professor Letter
  • 1 Startling Megaphone
  • 4 Ultra Ball
  • 4 Mega Turbo

So I took out some things and added in some other things like 1 xerosic and 4 vs seeker over 2 ehammer and 1 pokemon center lady, though it does seem like the slower thing to do as it takes up your supporter turn hinders your opponent and puts you in a good position you can use it 5 times they only have 4 DCE. 4 ultra ball, don't feel bad if you discard supporters and energy you run mega turbo and vs seeker so getting hose back is a good thing as it creates synergy with those cards in your deck. 0 muscle band and 4 mega turbo, whats better more energy to deal dmg and attack with or a tool that needs to take up 5 slots in your deck to do so. 3 sycamore, 2 shauna, 3 birch consistency is key, with a low supporter count your less likely to draw into cards that you need later on in the game having supporters gives you options to all kinds of cards, new hands and new options giving you tons of things to do. This is the same amount of trainers you had in your list minus 2 which gives you options to more cards or imo 1 more xerneas or fairy garden and 1 more basic fairy energy.

When I ran my version of this deck, only 3-3 M Gardevoir EX line was needed; 4-4 seem excessive.

I ran 4 Xerneas which is THE starter for this deck; so, these should be maxed out, IMO, in order to increase your chances of starting with it.

In order to help get your Spritzees out fast, incorporating some Level Balls would help.

I did not find Muscle Bands, that helpful since M Gardevoir EX can essentially KO any Poké in the format once enough energy is in play.

Evosoda are not as effective as either Level or Ultra Ball, IMO, for this deck.

Super Scoop Up has a 50% chance of failing when you can play it, but a 100% of failing when you are Item-locked (which is still quite popular now).

The sole 3 Professor Brich's Observations are woefully insufficient for card-draw support.

Devoting 4 card slots to Tool Retriever and Startling Megaphone seems quite excessive.

Following are some suggested deck changes for your consideration:

-1 Gardevoir EX
-3 Muscle Band - not critical since you will be 1HKO'ing opponents' Poké
-1 Pokémon Center Lady - 1 should be sufficient
-1 Tool Retriever
-2 Super Scoop Up
-2 Startling Megaphone - not critical since you will be 1HKO'ing opponents' Poké
-2 Evosoda

+1 Xerneas - to increase your chances of starting with this Poké
+1 (Aegislash EX / Florges EX / / Yveltal EX, etc. - alternate attacker - may need to use Rainbow instead of Wonder energy)
+2 Level Ball - to help get needed Poké out faster
+1 Ultra Ball - to help get needed Poké out faster
+4 Professor Sycamore - more card-draw support
+1 Professor Birch's Observation - more card-draw support
+2 Lysandre - to promote opponent's Poké threats to active position for you to KO

I hope you find these comments helpful.

I always like Mega Turbo, good way to get a few energies back in play. I also agree on getting 4 Xerneas to help with the setup. Aromatisse is not that important. Xerneas does well at spreading the energy around. MT helps with a turn 2 attack with mega Gardevoir EX.
