Moved from the TCG Competitive Play to the Deck Garage as the OP is looking for advice for their 60-card decklist. ~bbninjas

I run a M Gardevoir myself and I play test it at my league. I run into very little issue as long as my Megas aren't prized. Your best bet: lose the Xerneas Break. It's too cluttered. To replace, put another Giratina because it really helps with those match ups against megas. Also replace Hoopa for another Shaymin. There hasn't been a time where I needed to absolutely pull my pokemon immediately. My advice: Always use the PRC mega to attack as well as Giratina. Always use STS Mega Gardevoir against M Mewtwo because it is one shot. Always play to your opponent's deck. Secondly, up the double dragon count and run a parallel city for M Ray and rainbow road. You can easily do without a skyla, a switch, and a mega turbo. Even 4 Xerneas is too much. I run 3 and I almost never use more than 1. Put some N (maybe 2), don't use Birch (N and Sycamore do the job). The energy is good. Also don't forget lysandres and super rod. Here's my deck list as an example for you to compare to.

2 Giratina EX

2 Shaymin EX

3 Xerneas

3 Gardevoir EX

3 M Gardevoir EX

4 VS Seeker

4 Max Elixir

4 Ultra Ball

4 Trainer’s Mail

1 Hex Maniac

2 Fairy Garden

2 Parallel City

2 Lysandre

2 Exp Share

2 N

3 Professor Sycamore

1 Super Rod

3 Gardevoir Spirit Link

9 Fairy Energy

4 Double Dragon Energy

Hope I helped!
