I play 2 switches, sometimes I like to attack T1 with Mantectric EX. I don't play Xerosic, I have played it before and I rarely ever use it, but it has its uses. I also play only 1 battle compressor. I personally would add a lighting energy since you will mostly be attacking with Mantric first before switching into Ho-Oh.

Suggestions:
+1 Switch
+1 Lightning/Flash Energy (Gallade/Garchomp)

-1 Battle Compressor
-1 Xerosic or Super Rod

I feel Ho-Oh EX doesn't offer anything to Manectric EX. You're better off running Raikou for a attacker. You won't have consistency issues. Also, Ho-Oh EX's self-healing ability does nothing for it if you can't heal more or have a way to cycle Ho-Oh EX. Having only 2 in the deck doesn't utilize this ability too well to justify the 2 spaces for fire energy, which could cripple Manectric EX because you're using it to setup Ho-Oh EX.

The way I see this deck is you have 8 energy that aren't electric, which could cause issues. I play Ho-Oh EX and things don't work out all the time for it, and I have a build that only attacks with the bird. I haven't played your deck but I played against it and it feels like Ho-Oh EX doesn't belong there.
