Strategy:

Basically the whole strategy is to get out Mega Manectric ASAP and start using Turbo Bolt to attach energy from the discard to Malamar EX. You get energy in the discard by Battle Compressor, or Juniper, or just by ending up discarding them. Then you have the Victini with the victory star ability or trick coin to reflip if you get bad odds with MAXamar. I feel like this deck could work because Malamar has pretty good matchups on almost everything, same with Manectric. Please feel free to leave what you think i should change or add in the comments. Its my first time posting so let me know. Thanks guys. :D

Seems Fairly Solid to me, I would consider putting in a Max Potion or 2 since you don't hate discarding energy and it can be a real life saver.
Additionally I would consider Taking out one Trick Coin for another Victini just because free retreats from Darkrai are good, but if you don't have the Victini out and only one Trick Coin in play you lose the reflip capability which unless you have almost all of your energy attached you will probably need.
I would also consider taking out the Scramble Switch for a Computer Search, just preference, but yea the power to instantly set up a second or third Malamar and save the first is pretty strong, so I get why the Scramble Switch is in there.
Lastly not too sure why Seimitoad and Mewtwo are in there, makes more sense to run Yveltal unless Mewtwo is just for the psychic weakness on opponents Pokemon. Seismitoad is strong, and sure you can put it in any deck but you don't really want to use him because your priority is setting up Malamar and then not letting your opponent set up any thing else which is what the 2 Lysandre are for.

-1 Seismitoad
-1 Trick Coin
+1 Victini

Maybe
+
1 Computer Search
-1 Scramble Switch

-1Mewtwo
+1 Yveltal

I agree with removing Seismitoad. People think that because Seismitoad is so popular and so powerful that putting him in a deck will always be worth it (yes Seismitoad can and will work well in any deck, the thing is he has to be the focus from the very start of the game until the very end of the game (or at least until victory is just about assured) or else he is pretty useless. You can't just put him in for a couple turns when you have nothing better to do and expect him to completely change the game (cause it won't)). The thing that makes Seismitoad a powerful card is that you just keep using Quaking Punch over the entirety of the game to deprive your opponent of ever using items. Thus Seismitoad only really works well if it is the focus as your opponent will likely have used most if not all the items they needed to use before you get Seismitoad out and since you only run 1 the chances of you starting with Seismitoad to prevent that are incredibly slim.
