Any tips or help is appreciated, the deck kinda speaks for itself pretty much get one or both power houses out. using damage change as an option for boosting tyranitar attack.

I too am running a mega T-tar deck and personally take the Yveltal (Oblivion wing helps get helps get energies onto t-tar from discard every turn. 2 energies a turn essentially) + Bats (the extra two or three damage counters + Destroyer King pretty much OHKO's anything in 1 turn) deck route. I have two main concerns here with yours.

1) How do you plan on supporting M T-tar? Destroyer king doesn't really do so well on its own.

2) I'm interested in this Mewtwo EX, but do not understand why you have the mega. I guess if you are trying to have an active Pokemon out to do some damage while you build up your T-tar, but imo, it strikes me as two deck ideas mashed into one. You could perhaps find a better alternative to your "starter" active that will get some chip damage on your opponent so M T-tar can OHKO.

Also, I do not like skyfiled in this deck. Why give your opponent more room to have Pokemon on the bench to swap in with no damage counters on it? All you really need is 1 Hoopa to setup 3 EXes (mewtwo, mega mewtwo, and t-tar) and ultraball into mega t-tar later. Or even use heavy ball (food for thought.) 5 bench slots should be enough since you are discarding the Unknowns anyway.
 
Mega T-Tar only needs 1-3 damage counters on the opponent to OHKO them, depending on the target (i.e. 1 damage counter OHKO's any Basic EX not named Gardevoir or Wailord). Anything more than that is overkill, honestly. Best ways to spread damage to help proc him are Forretress FLF and Magma's Secret Base (Bats are too slow, IMO).
 
I tested both Forretress, and Secret Base, but it just doesn't seem to be as consistent as bats are. Secret base is a complete risk due to the stadium war you cant afford to partake in. Also, if you don't get the card first or second turn, your pretty much out of luck. The opponent will already have a bench full of Pokemon at that point with no counters on it. I only run Golbat just because the 2 damage counters is enough for me (thinking about adding one Crobat just so I dont have to evolve a whole new line) since I can drop 2 damage counters whenever I want. Forretress also has a 3 retreat cost vs Bat's 0 retreat cost. What do you do when you have a Forrtress in active due to a Lysandre? Not a good idea IMO.
 
Running two Megas is risky, and kind of clunky. I would take M Mewtwo out, as well as 1-2 Hoopa and a Mewtwo EX. Take some energy out too, that is taking up a lot of room. Maybe add some Bats for Fortress, some way to spread damage out. Damage change doesn't seem like a reliable way to power Tyranitar up. A Sneaky Bite will put the opponent in the KO zone. Also, a Wobbofett might be good to shut off non-Psychic abilities and still do some damage.

You mean aside from the 4 Float Stones you should be playing since Mega-tar can have it alongside his Spirit Link anyways?
