Strategy:

This deck is similar to other Colorless M Rayqueza EX decks. I chose to go a different way with the stadium because I dont want my damage output to be based on me having 8 pokemon on my bench. I chose Shadow circle and Dark energy as a means to counter the entire decks electric weakness. With cards like Winona and Shaymin EX I will be able to draw through my deck quickly, allowing me to get 5 bench pokemon quickly. M Rayqueza EX with 5 benched pokemon does 150 +20(muscle band)+20 (golbat)+20 (Crobat)=220, just 20 damage short of KOing the primal pokemon and M Aggron. All three of those cards take way to long to set up. This deck is a future deck and is setup right now to be XY-on. Scans of cards that are not yet out can be found below.

Shadow Circle isn't really needed to prevent super effects. Altaria does it well itself. With Winona you can even get Altaria out on turn 1 with the Delta Evolution. Overall being more effective than having to worry about a stadium that can be easily counter. Instead you can run grass energy for Virizion Ex to prevent status effects. At least up until the next rotation. Where you won't have to worry about it anymore. Alternatively you can add in Landorus Ex and fighting energy to help deal with Electric types.

Being a Colorless based deck, really means you can easily build a deck to just counter other decks that are popular in your area or are having trouble with.
 
I built this deck as an XY-on deck or else I probably would have the Virizion EX or Landorus EX in the deck. Like you said with the deck being Colorless it will be easy to build around anything.
