So the idea is, is that it is a standard Speed Rayquaza deck but because of night march getting big and Rayquaza having a weakness to Joltics I decied to play 2 jolteon to protect against that.

I'm pretty happy with the listit but against regice this deck fails miserably. What do you think would be a good non EX attacker for this deck?

I have played a similar deck last sunday for the Regional, and I have lost only one round : against the only Night March I have faced.

Jolteon EX is way too slow to prevent Night March from anything. Jolteon can't use Flash Ray the turn it comes into play, and that makes all the difference. Night March has one turn to deal with this threat, and it does very well its job ;)

I think that Seismitoad EX is much more effective against Night March than Jolteon EX.

Raikou is a nice non-ex attacker. Dont know what you have enough energy in your deck for him though.
