Standard M Sceptile-EX / Super Scoop Up

3 M Sceptile-EX
3 Sceptile-EX (AOR)
1 Sceptile-EX (XY 53)
2 Giratina-EX
1 Lugia-EX
2 Shaymin EX
3 Vileplume
3 Gloom
3 Oddish
1 Virizion
1 Ariados
1 Spinarak
At first glance, this deck does not seem focused enough - there appears to be "too many" options (ala "tool box"), IMO. For example, a meager 1-1 Ariados line is at risk of your not even be able to use it. I've run Sceptile decks and strongly suggest you have a 2-2 Ariados line.

I concur with @Ms Hugo suggestion of evolving your current list to either a Giratina-Vileplume or Giratina-Sceptile. IMO, you'll have a much stronger, consistent deck as a result.

3 Sceptile Spirit Link
2 Trainers' Mail
1 Professor's Letter
3 Ultra Ball
4 Professor Sycamore
3 Shauna
1 Lysandre
3 AZ
4 Forest of Giant Plants
1 Sky Field
No Level Balls? You need these to help get your Oddish and Spinarak onto your bench as quickly as possible.

No VS Seeker?? Without these, you will GREATLY diminish the versatility and consistency of your deck, IMO. On the other hand, you could add more copies of the needed Supporters in order to compensate to some degree - if you make room in your deck...

Lastly, should you decide to alter your deck to be something more focused, IMO, you can get more quality suggestions. Otherwise, test your list a lot, and evaluate your results in order to further gain insights into the deck direction you want.

I did have 4 VS Seeker, but it was a dead card at most times of the game and if at all I sometimes get to use 1 and it is not that helpful. Level Ball can only search for 4 pokemon in the deck and those pokemon only have there uses at the start of the game or a bit at the end. If I do find space for other cards I would want to add a super rod before I do anything to the pokemon or level balls. I also don't need spinarak and ariados in most cases. I am also able to get almost perfect hands almost every time so I feel this deck is very consistent so level balls I feel won't be too necessary.

IMO these were the best changes, but could I change anything else other than changing the whole deck idea with making it Giratina Vileplume or Sceptile Giratina because of the meta game right now. I case of Aegislash, I have Mega Sceptile and Lugia, and for anything with Special Energy or any needed cards that can be locked I power up Giratina and Vileplume so IMO I think it is more of a "Meta Call".

Sorry for the late timing, but I have been working all day on this deck for tomorrow's Cities. I have updated the list and found it has been working a lot faster. Please still add suggestions for this deck though.

Pokemon 24:[
  • 3 M Sceptile-EX
  • 3 Sceptile-EX (AOR)
  • 1 Sceptile-EX (XY 53)
  • 2 Giratina-EX
  • 1 Lugia-EX
  • 2 Shaymin EX
  • 3 Vileplume
  • 3 Gloom
  • 3 Oddish
  • 1 Virizion
  • 1 Ariados
  • 1 Spinarak
Trainers/Supporters/Stadiums 26:
  • 3 Sceptile Spirit Link
  • 1 Trainers' Mail
  • 1 Judge
  • 3 Ultra Ball
  • 4 Professor Sycamore
  • 1 Shauna
  • 1 Lysandre
  • 3 AZ
  • 3 Forest of Giant Plants
  • 1 Sky Field
  • 1 fisherman
  • 1 skyla
  • 1 super rod
  • 1 vs seeker
Energy 10:
  • 3 Double Dragon Energy
  • 8 Grass Energy
Strategy:

The strategy is to have mega sceptile and possibly get giratina powered up in one turn with jagged saber and a double dragon energy! Other than that it's pretty straight forward. If there is anything you want me to explain please let me know.
First of all, I count 25 Trainers, not 26; and you have listed 11 energy, not 10.

IMO, you really do not need a 3-3-3 Vileplume line. I'd suggest reducing it to a 2-2-2 line and add 3 Level Balls to fill those slots. The Level Balls will facilitate getting your Vileplume into play faster.

Finally got back to the deck after all of the other testing going on and the changes I made are in the original list. I took out the vileplumes and Giratinas too free space and it made this deck very fast. Consistently I have been able to attack or get mega sceptile powered up on turn 1 to turn 3 with the worst possible hands. I feel this deck is a lot faster than before. And a lot more consistent. I have also been able to win on turn one at least half the time.
