Even if you lost, is it so bad?

The point of this deck is to get a Machamp EX and Ariados out, poison both, then swing for 170 or more after poison using Machamp, curing yourself. Carbink is there for energy acceleration, Zygarde is there as a tech against psychics, Octillery is there for draw, and Regirock is there to help me get to 210.

Issues
I can't fit all I want in here, here is what I want to figure out:
- How to counter Garbodor, Lysandre seems the obvious choice, though Machamp only swings for 90 with Fighting Fury Belt unless he has damage.
- How to deal with Mega Ray, since I only hit 210, and it resist fighting.
- Consistency, I haven't built this deck, but I feel as though my draw and search are limited.

Thank you,
- Moriatti

This deck looks like a lot of fun! Great start so far!

As far as damage boost, the only thing I can think of is maybe running a Giovanni's Scheme or two for that extra 20 for one turn, but I'm not even sure that will be the big help you need. You could probably get rid of one Professor's Letter to squeeze in something else you were thinking about, too.

I'm excited to see how this works out for you!

Fighting decks take a major hit with the loss of Korrina post-rotation. As a result, I'm finding that I need to increase my Pokémon "switching" capabilities. This is especially evident when using Regirock EXs for damage output boost since Regirock EX is a major Lysandre target.

Further, a 1-1 Octillery line, I find, is not that reliable since if either is prized, you lose the supplemental card-draw support altogether. IMO, the minimum commitment should be 2-2 for consistency.

2 Stadiums is insufficient, especially without running a Delinquent, to counter opponent's Stadiums (which, most likely, will be a minium of 3).

The 3 Professor Sycamore, 2 N, 3 Tierno and 3 Shauna seem excessive.

Suggested deck changes for your consideration:

-1 Carbink BREAK - 2 should be sufficient
-2 Pokémon Fan Club - 1 should be sufficient with addition of suggested Balls
-2 Fighting Fury Belt - I find Heavy Boots is a more effective Tool for Machamp EX - most significant when you Steaming Mad attack
-2 Skyla - 1 should be sufficient
-3 Tierno - not really needed given auxillary card-draw support
-3 Shauna - not really needed given auxillary card-draw support
-2 Professor's Letter
-1 Scorched Earth - can be replaced with a Stadium to help counter M Rayquaza EX match-ups

+1 Remoaid
+1 Octillery - improved consistent card-draw support
+1 Escape Rope - more Pokémon switching capability
+1 Olympia - more Pokémon switching and healing capability
+4 VS Seeker - discarded Supporter recovery
+2 Level Ball - gets non-EX Pokémon out faster
+2 Lysandre - "gusts" opponent's benched Pokémon
+2 Heavy Boots
+2 Parallel City - can disrupt bench size, i.e., can reduce M Rayquaza EX's damage output

I hope you find these comments helpful.

I like a lot of the trainer suggestions, however, wouldn't having scorched earth for draw and reliable [F] discard be generally better then parallel city save some specific circumstances?
Also, I rarely, if ever, plan on using steaming mad since I can hit 170 with Crazy Hammer before strong energy and regirock, does this change the usefulness of heavy boots in your opinion?

In regards to Giovanni's scheme, that would actually be sufficient if there was a way to remove the flying resistance, since that would push the champ to 230, just 20 shy of an OHKO on Mega Ray after resistance.

Any cards from the black and white sets that can be useful in this deck?? I might play that in expended since i played it in standard before rotation and really liked it.

Virbank City or Fighting Stadium are good stadiums for this deck, since both effectively increase your damage output. Landorus from Furious Fist also is good for the same reason Carbink BREAK. Korrina is also good, as is really any of the fighting support that rotated out from Furious Fist.
