I'm pretty new to the game but I'm looking for any suggestions of what to put in or take out, I pretty much can get the cards but I just want to know what to get to improve it. I'm basically looking for fast play.

Many of the Trainers/supporters with only 1 card are not needed only one i suggest you leave is Lookers.

take out:
1 Buffer Piece
2 Cynthia's guidence
1 Black Belt
1 Switch
1 Seeker
1 Twins
3 underground exploration

add:
4 Pokemon communication

3 pokemon collectors for consistency.

1 Lookers for help vs Gyrados

1 more Palmers

2-4 amount of Expert belt

and 1-2 Prof Oaks for hand refresh
 
I would guess its start with donphan. Earthquake to damage bench while setting up champ prime. Fighting tag to do 100 plus. This deck needs a couple double colorless for champ prime.
 
You need a different Phanpy. SW isn't a legal set. MD(Majestic Dawn) on is the legal formation.
 
im trying the same thing.. mine is kinda slow.. im using 2 uxies 3 double colorless and 3 machamp primes and 1 sf.. 2 expert belts. i have just about the idea going on... just need help speeding it up.. against gyriodos donphan is a gonner.. im new at this too so im just telling you from my experience using them..
 
i would take a look at my list..its a solid machamp donphan deck..its very fast..i would take out the machamps from TR and add 1 SF and 1 prime..i feel thats the perfect combo...as well u need at least 2 uxies for the extra speed
 
Take out the Dodrio for Uxie LA. 3-3 Donphan works so much better. Then reduce the Rare Candy for more Broken Time Space if you want more speed.
