The idea of the deck is to get Latios EX on the first or second turn to kind of sit there and do Fast Raid until Toxapex is ready to go. When you get Toxapex GX going with Dragalge on the bench, your opponent is usually stuck between two decisions: attempt to knock out Toxapex and go down with it, or have to use one of their precious switch cards (since they can't retreat with Dragalge in play) to avoid it. It will knock out almost any Pokemon in 2 turns. I typically use the GX attack when there's something in the way of what I want to poison so I can get rid of it.

Replace Shauna with Cynthia
Cut Hau for VS Seekers
Replace Healing scarfs with extra 2 Acerolas and 1 N
Cut Malasadsa for ultra ball
Cut pokemon centre lady for a guzma
Replace Switch and birch with a guzma, a brigette and 2 Lele (If you own 2 more if not play 2 shaymin ex ROS or SUM Oranguru
I do think this deck is a good rouge deck for expanded. But Guzma could be bad for the dragalge. And it may be too slow for the fast expanded meta.

Have you thought of including a baby Toxapex? Its ability poisons a new Pokemon from the bench if your opponent retreats.

No, because Dragalge prevents them from retreating and I can just pull off more damage with Super Intense Poison.
