The idea of the deck is to get Latios EX on the first or second turn to kind of sit there and do Fast Raid until Toxapex is ready to go. When you get Toxapex GX going with Dragalge on the bench, your opponent is usually stuck between two decisions: attempt to knock out Toxapex and go down with it, or have to use one of their precious switch cards (since they can't retreat with Dragalge in play) to avoid it. It will knock out almost any Pokemon in 2 turns. I typically use the GX attack when there's something in the way of what I want to poison so I can get rid of it.
