i was wondering if Umbreon Ex Move end game effect iff your opponent's Mega Evolution Pokémon is Knocked Out by damage from this attack, take 2 more Prize cards. would be negated by magearna ex ability of Prevent all effects of your opponent's attacks, except damage, done to each of your Pokémon that has any 
Energy attached to it. (Existing effects are not removed.) My interpretation of this is that since the pokemon is K.o'd then it would no longer be protected by the effect. i got into an argument over this and wanted to clarify if i was right or wrong.
