Pokemon (18):

  • 1 Charizard EX (Combustion Blast)
    3 Magmar (FRF)
    3 Magmortar (FRF)
    1 Reshiram (LTR)
    3 Electabuzz (FRF)
    3 Electivire (FRF)
    2 Voltorb (XY)
    2 Electrode (PLF)
Trainers / Supporters / Stadiums (27):

  • 1 Dowsing Machine
    1 Evosoda
    1 Professor's Letter
    2 Switch
    3 Ultra Ball
    2 VS Seeker

    2 Blacksmith
    2 Colress
    1 Lysandre
    1 Lysandre's Trump Card
    3 N
    1 Pokemon Fan Club
    3 Professor Juniper

    4 Muscle Band
Energy (15):

  • 4 Double Colorless Energy
    9 Fire Energy
    2 Lightning Energy
Strategy:

Get an Electivire on the bench so an Active Magmortar's Twin Bursts attack does 160 damage. Attach a Muscle Band to Magmo for a guaranteed 180, one shotting most EX Pokemon. Not meant to be super competitive, but it sure is fun.

Switch is very important due to the high 3 Retreat Cost of both Magmortar and Electivire.

Thanks for reading! Any advice is appreciated.

First of all, where are the Electivire (I ran a 3-3 line) in the deck?

Must've skipped over them (I typed the list from the PTCGO screenshot), sorry about that. I run 2-2.

EDIT: Just got my hands on a Dowsing Machine. Should I try to fit it in? I'm considering cutting a Muscle Band for it.

A few thoughts for your consideration:

  • A 1-1 Electrode line is insufficient, IMO. If either Poké is prized, you've lost the benefit of using this card-draw engine entirely. Running a 2-2 line should be the minimum.
  • With strong card draw Supporters and Electrode, Jirachi EX should not be needed.
  • Magmortar, with an attached Muscle Band and benched Electivire, can essentially 1HKO most of the Poké in the game today. so, Muscle Bands should be maxed out.
  • Battle Compressor is a very effective Item you can use to dump necessary cards (e.g., R energy, Supporter (that you can VS Seeker later), etc.) into your discard pile.
  • An Energy Retrieval can also be very helpful, especially when you need to retrieve needed L energy.
Given the above comments, I'd suggest the following changes for your consideration:

  • -1 Magmar - - 3 should be sufficient
    -1 Magmortar - 3 should be sufficient
-1 Jirachi EX - one-time use only if it is not prized, and a HUGE 2-prize target

-2 Evosoda - not critical, IMO
-1 Blacksmith - 2 should be sufficient, IMO
-3 Fiery Torch - not really needed given an improved card-drawing engine
-1 Ultra Ball - 3 should be sufficient, IMO
    -1 Skyla - not critical

    +1 Electrode
    +1 Electivire
+2 Reshiram (Outrage) - fantastic starting Poké while you setup and a great alternate attacker

    +1 Battle Compressor
    +1 Dowsing Machine
+1 Lysandre - to increase your chances of access
    +1 Muscle Band
+1 Pokémon Fan Club - helps setup your bench if you are Item-locked
+1 Lysandre's Trump Card - to recover and recycle discarded resources

    +1 L
I hope you find these comments helpful.

Thanks for the suggestions mate, really appreciate it!

I'll update the list once I trade for some stuff.

EDIT: List and screenshot have been updated! Made a few of the changes, I'll do some playtesting and potentially change it up some more.

I am keeping a few things I like using, such as Evosoda. Especially with 1 more Electrode, Evosoda really helps get those Stage 1's out if I don't have Ultra Ball.
