Strategy: Set up quickly w/ Spiritomb, Keep Feraligatr on bench as a supply of energy, then do as much damage as needed with Magnazone for the K.O.
Suggestions?

No Consuctive Quarry, 3-2-3 Magnezone is better because it's more consistant. More water energys are
needed.

This is closer to what I'd run. I understand you don't have a third 'Zone prime, so I didn't bother to add him. If you can get you hands on a third one, the 'Zone line needs to be 3-2-3.

That list looks epic-win, but there are a few issues (not counting that i'll have to borrow a bebe's, thanks)
i only have 1 pokemon communication
i only have 1 energy exchanger
i only have 1 bts
i hav the rest of the list +2 Collector. maybe i can borrow a Zone from T.
