Think Magneel, then combine the Eels into a single stage two with much higher HP, and there is Magneboar. Set up Magnezone turn two, hopefully Emboar by turn three, and use RDL and Magnezone to sweep EX’s, and Reshiram/Mewtwo for everything else.

good, though here's what i think you should do

-1 Super Rod
-1 Energy Retrieval
-1 Tepig
-1 Magnemite
+1 Mewtwo EX
+1 Cleffa (or Reshiram)

I think that something to get out RDL faster would also be necessary, since it would take so long to get it out otherwise. Indigo Plateao might be a good stadium because sometimes RDL needs those extra 30 hp against Reshiram EX or Zekrom EX or something like that.

-1 Fisherman
-1 Super Rod
-1-1 RDL

+1 Fire Energy
+1 DCE
+1 Rescue Energy
+1 Lightning Energy

More energy is needed for a deck using Magnezone Prime because I always find energy hard to get towards the end of the battle.

Umm, rescue energy isn't that great, DCE only counts as 50 Lost Burn damage, the second RDL turns any matchup with more than 2 Mewtwo into an autowin, and Fisherman is invaluable late game
