Example:
Sand Cannon (Special)
Power: 100 Acc: 70 PP: 10 Rock type attack
The User Launches a Sand Cannonball at the opponent, This Move has a 30% Chance to summon a Sandstorm.

I came up with a pretty good one imo.

Aura Tempest
Power: 25
PP: 20
Type: Fighting
Special Attack

The user drains aura from the battlefield and summons 2-5 intense blasts at the opponent. This move will usually hit first.

The following Pokémon can learn Aura Tempest by leveling / breeding:
-Latias
-Latios
-Riolu
-Lucario
-Togekiss
-Reuniclus

Pretty much a decent Water Shuriken-style priority move for special attackers. I'd actually want to use it over Vacuum Wave on a Special Lucario. Maybe a bit OP, but who knows? Might actually work.

That seems a bit on the overpowered side. 100 power and 30% paralysis chance for 90 acc. is a bit too much. I'd either lower the power a bit (to 80 or so) or lower the paralysis chance to 10% or something (or do away with it altogether).

One thing you didn't mention, is if it was physical or special. I'd assume special due to the description, but it's just me being nitpicky.

those are all awesome move ideas! i like that they are all legendary attacks!
My favorite is 'Mystical Wrath,' it should be Xerneas' sinature move. I really don't like that Geomancy is a two turn move that only increases stats and doesnt deal damage. and there needs to be more 'good' fairy type attacks! hopefully more, like yours, will be introduced in the future.

I feel that there should be more 'competitive' poison type moves.
At the moment I can only think of, Sludge Bomb, Poison Jab, Toxic, Toxic Spikes, and the occasional Acid Armor.

Signature move for the first Poison type legendary (if one ever comes into existence)
name: Nauseous Wave
type: Poison
effect: Hits all surrounding targets (including allies) with a wave of poison gas/liquid. (like Surf and Muddy Water)
& has %100 chance of leaving all hit targets with poison status condition. (except steel types)
power: 50
accuracy: 95

Basically a really powerful surf that can confuse but damages the user.

I think it would have been cool for all or some mega evolutions to get signature moves, but that sounds like a little to much.
