LOL I just found where they moved the thread to. Here are some moves I thought of a while ago.

Name:Nuclear Rampage
Type:Special

Effect: 35% to poison
Description:The user goes on a poisonous rampage showing all pokemon in a nuclear goo. Attack only damages poisoned pokemon but has a chance to poison non poisoned pokemon. Poison on any pokemon now does x2 the damage for 3 turns.
Pokémon who can learn move:All pure poison type final evolutions, Scolepede Line, Goodra Line, and All other goo related pokemon.

Name:Sharpshooting
Type:Physical
Element:Steel
Power:50
Accuracy:n/a

Effect:20% to Flinch: 20% stat raise (speed)
Description:The user fires a projectile multiple time at a target. The move has a 20% effect making the target flinch and hits up to 3 times. The move has a 20% chance to raise the users speed by 1 stage.
Pokémon who can learn move:All steel types, <-- any help here I cant think of any others.

Forgot the rest but here's 2 I`ll put moves up in stages from now on up to 3 per post so I don't forget as easily. (considering I come up with these on the fly)
 
Move: Forest Rage

Type: Grass/Physical

Effect: This move with change the foes typing to Grass. This move will not do damage to Grass Type Pokemon.

Description: The user harnesses the power of a forest, and wraps the foe completely in roots and vines, then constricting the foe with a humongous force. After all the damage is done, the foe will have lost its original typing, and instead will be a Grass Type. This move will not effect Pokemon that are already Grass Type.

(as much as I want Breloom to have this move, it wouldn't make much sense if he learned it)

Description Exploding fireworks are launched toward the enemy, blasting them with colorful explosions. It can even hit targets in the air. If it misses, the enemy may still flinch from the sound. The user must recharge the next turn, and may lose some power.

Effect Causes serious damage to the enemy. It can hit enemies in the air. It has a 20% chance to make an enemy flinch whether it misses or not. The user must recharge the next turn but drops its special stats by 2.

Move Tornado Watch

Type and Cat. Flying (Status)

PP 5

Desc. The user summons a powerful winds to blow through the battle. This makes special attacks harder to aim, as well as make it unsafe to fly.

Effect Special Attacks have accuracy lowered by 30 (by 10 if lower than 30). Pokemon in the air are trapped in the air until the winds disappear, receiving damage equal to 1/8 of their max HP each turn. When the winds fade, the trapped pokemon will fall to the ground receiving damage based upon it's weight. If used in sky battles, both sides may lose a turn due to uncontrollable gusts.
