What cards, Particularly Trainers, make your opponent play a pokemon from their hand onto their bench?

Not sure about trainers but Luxray DP is also another card that forces your opponent to put a Pokemon from their hand onto their bench...

I wanted a good tech for Houndoom LA so that he is always doing the 40 extra damage

Well with the right decklist you could probably be able to do that always., If you are willinng to wait the IFDS Lumineon will be great.
