Strategy:

This NON-COMPETITIVE deck can operate going first or second, thanks to Inkay's confusing attack. Basically, you want to confuse your opponents active Pokemon and make them always get tails, so they can't attack. Ariados and Dragalge are to keep the Defending Pokemon from switching out. This deck would run a lot smoother with Hugh, but Battle Reporter is the next best thing. You also have Red Card at your disposal so you can manipulate your opponent's hand a little.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

I play this as a Shaymin/Trevenant-esque deck. 4 double colorless 5 grass, It works better with float stones/muscle bands of course but you can still get some aggressive knock outs. Also if you do the math with shaymin's damage you can manipulate your opponent into promoting a pokemon coming into your turn as to engage the lock without giving prize cards. Lysandre, Pokemon Centre Lady, switch, all ruin your day but weather the storm! Also don't be afraid to look for the mill if they are up on prize cards but burnt all their resources doing so. I use Shauna/Birch as opposed to Sycamore as late game, locking in a high HP mega could actually hand you the game. Don't forget to add your sacred ash and energy recycler though!
