I was wondering this myself, but they'll probably not do anything with baby evolution. However, Phione will probably get a power boost or such if Manaphy is present.

Phione dose NOT evolve into Manaphy....their two seperate pokemon.

Yes, we know that, but Phione is known by some as the "baby" form of Manaphy because Manaphy breeds into it.

no, Manaphy is the "baby" form of Phione.Wen the egg hatches, manaphy comes out.

smaller or not, Manaphy is still Phione's parent. Their weight and size mean nothing.

i believe that manaphy and phione will be just 2 different cards with no connections.

Phione is the baby which born after hatching an egg of Manaphy, but Phione DON'T evolve into Manaphy!

I think they'll just make it standalone yet more powerful when Manaphy is in play like suggested earlier.

Yes, I do think also even though Phione is the baby of Manaphy, they'll be two seperate cards (not literally, two seperate Pokemon line).
